We were satisfied that Tsuruya Ryokan set the time for dinner and breakfast finely and responded. We had not eaten fruit of breakfast at big hotel, but had deliciously by beautiful arrangement.

Our dinner in the private dining room was the best I have had in 2 weeks. Very delicious and beautifully presented! The bath towels in our room were bigger and thicker than other places we have stayed! Pillows were good too! Thank you!
Thank you so much for your hospitality. The evening meal was an absolutely wonderful treat. The service, the flavours, the presentation all made for a memorable experience. Arigato. Also I appreciated that as a light breakfast eater the breakfast was buffet style.
Elegant, traditional, lovely. Very nice to see the history of famous Japanese authors & actors who have stayed here. The room is spacious & we had everything we needed. Arigato gozaimasu!
